Speed

The production of precast units can begin at the plant even before the site is excavated or prepared for work, and right after drawings have been finalised. Also, the production of precast elements is not affected by weather conditions or pollution control construction bans. This reduces the project delivery timelines by several weeks or even months.

Fire Resistant

Pre-cast concrete is ingrained with pliancy to fire protection. Concrete itself isn’t easily combustible and can provide passive fire protection.
